You can suspend the neobank account from the neobank app. Tap on “My Card”, select “Enable/Disable” switch. No transactions can be made after the card has been disabled.

If you want to cancel your neobank account, Tap on "My Card", at the bottom of the page, select "Terminate Card" to permanently terminate your account.
